We are currently seeking a talented individual for the position of in-house Regulatory Attorney ll - lll. The successful candidate will handle complex legal issues relating to federal regulation and compliance, including with respect to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Federal Communications Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Environmental Protection Agency, Securities and Exchange Commission and other federal agencies that regulate public electric and gas utilities. Reviewing, negotiating and drafting various complex commercial agreements subject to regulatory requirements and policy.
