7 Quick Apply Full-time 17 hours ago Full Job Description Part or Full-Time BCBA at UCPSA-ASCEND, Flexible Schedule The in-home ASCEND program for people with autism and other developmental disabilities at UCP of Southern Arizona seeks a compassionate, person-centered behavior analyst to join our growing team serving the Tucson area.
You will be part of a mission-driven not-for-profit with cool, creative colleagues, camaraderie, and continuing education.
You can bring your dog to work.
You'll meet diverse children and adults, engage them at their skill level, help them grow in a relaxed, play-based environment, and respond with empathy when they need support.
You'll practice Practical Functional Assessment, Skill-Based Treatment, and other behavioral health services.
You'll help facilitate groups, train interns, and learn skills across UCPSA's programs.
You won't have billable hour requirements.
You can set your schedule in collaboration with families.
