As a Senior Data Analyst.
you will provide business intelligence support to internal and external customers with grace and speed.
We are seeking a curious, experienced data analyst to design and build analytic solutions that will inform business decisions, drive operations, measure our performance and demonstrate our value as a company.
Responsibilities:
Translate business requests into data analysis Clean and prepare data to compute KPIs and perform analysis Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that facilitate help in decision making (help guide the strategic planning, use existing data to forecast future performance, etc.
) Access, collect, compile, validate, and analyze data from a variety of data sources.
Create and apply algorithms to measure calculations and interpretation.
Establish and maintain effective performance tracking; identify improvement opportunity, form hypothesis, propose, design, and implement tests to drive strategy enhancement and optimization.
Interpret results of analyses and identify trends or patterns in complex data sets that facilitate help in decision making (help guide the strategic planning, use existing data to forecast future performance, etc.
) Locate and define new process improvement opportunities and contribute to innovation within the company The Ideal Applicant:
You are a fast learner, curious and passionate about understanding and improving customer experiences You have exceptional interpersonal skills and a knack for translating highly technical data, concepts, and processes, into simplified stories and actionable insights to drive business decisions You have solid quantitative and analytical skills and knowledge of statistics (AB testing, hypothesis testing, regression, etc.
) You have strong project management skills, including planning, communication, relationship building and time management You are a highly organized and self-driven individual with a high sense of accountability and a bias towards getting things done REQUIREMENTS:
BS/BA in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field 2-4 years of experience with data and business analytics, including working with large datasets, merging disparate datasets, transforming and cleansing data, and report development and maintenance.

years of experience with SQL (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc) or a scripting language for data analysis is required 2
years' experience with statistical analysis.
Stat packages such as R, MATLAB, SPSS, SAS, Stata, etc.
You are proficient in data modeling and knowledge about database performance You have strong data visualization skills and proficiency in at least one tool (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc.

Experience working within Cloud Environments (e.

AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) Product analytics experience 2
years' experience with statistical analysis.
