Responsibilities:
Defining and executing a sales plan.
Prospecting for potential new customers and opportunities.
Managing a sales funnel / following up on quotations.
Forecasting orders/sales monthly.
Generating and storing market intel that will support long-term business decisions.

An ability to build positive business relationships and reach decision makers.
Consistent, effective prospecting.
Effective at questioning and listening.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plan/targets - business development experience, Preferably heavy metal manufacturing or engineering.
Experience sales forecasting and budgeting.
Phone, email, and live prospecting.
Relationship development.
Strong communication skills.
Bachelor's degree is preferred with a focus in sales, marketing, business administration, Manufacturing, engineering (experience will be considered in lieu of education).
