Responsibilities:
As an Audit Manager, you will be tasked with a range of responsibilities that are crucial to our financial operations and complianceThese include but are not limited to:
1Overseeing the auditing process to ensure efficiency and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2Managing a team of auditors, providing them with guidance, training, and support.
3Ensuring all financial operations are transparent and align with company policies and standards.
4Conducting risk assessments and implementing strategies to mitigate identified risks.
5Preparing detailed reports on audit findings and presenting these to senior management.
6Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to improve financial processes and systems.
7Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in auditing and implementing necessary changes.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must meet the following
Qualifications:
1A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
2A minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably within the finance industry.
3Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
4Extensive knowledge of auditing principles and practices, as well as laws and regulations related to the finance industry.
5Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
6Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
7Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
8Proficiency in using accounting and auditing software.
9A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
