Previous experience in an accounting firm is preferred, as is a desire to learn about the accounting field and grow along with our company.
Responsibilities:
Assist Tax Manager with scanning, copies, printing, etc.
Assist Tax Manager with filing, errands, and general admin support Assist with assembling and filing tax returns Assist with data entry and client info requests Ensure accurate filing, labeling, and organization Converting documents into paper files as well as digital files Communication with clients through email and telephone Requirements:
Must be highly responsive to emails, calls, and requests Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to maintain priorities, deliverables, and deadlines Work with efficiency and under pressure Work flexible shifts including some weekends (during deadlines) Work independently and as part of a team Train on and adapt to different processes and methods Ability to take feedback and ask intelligent questions Excellent written and spoken English Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
