Summary:
Must work as a team to load and unload mattresses to customers in a careful, efficient, and safe manner, transports, sorts and stocks materials.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Loads vehicle for delivery.
Delivers goods to customers safely, mindful of the customers home and existing appliances.
Interacts with the customer in a professional manner.
Ensures customer satisfaction by maintaining delivery schedule Unloads vehicle after completing delivery runs Maintains a neat and clean personal appearance due to customer interaction Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience:
No prior experience necessary, will provide training.
Preferably in delivery and handling method practices.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Essential/Physical Job Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds regularly.
Must be able to load and unload packages with and without dollies in various types of weather.
Must be able to stand, walk, and sit regularly, in addition to:
must be able to utilize hand dexterity, climb, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, and crawl regularly as the job requires.
Must be able to work under extreme weather conditions (heat and cold) frequently based on what is expected to complete the job.
Must be able to hear, see, communicate and utilize the necessary equipment required to complete the job in a timely manner.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Use basic GPS navigation MUST BE ABLE TO PAST BACKGROUND CHECK Job Type:
