Act as the Symantec IT data center leader and point of contact (POC) responsible for technical operations of the data center. Provide technical oversight over other IT managed Colo's and data centers. Work in conjunction with Symantecs strategic partner and potentially subsequently build/manage a right-sourced DC team: project intake; equipment install and Decommission (lifecycle management); ticket management- priority assessment and assignment; equipment trouble-shooting; RMA services; customer service management; vendor coordination and supervision; escalation management and problem resolution for all IT operational aspects of the Data Center; plan and forecast; define and document data center processes and procedures; develop and report on KPIs metrics associated with data center operations; develop, update, and report on all necessary capacities within the data center on a monthly basis; forecast equipment, space, and consumable needs; assist in writing and managing technical documentation, requirements, policies, and procedures, as required for projects; work in a cross functional fashion capacity with Facilities, Security, Windows Ops, Unix Ops, Network Ops, and the NOC to deliver seamless service to customer base; work and assist with other sites as needed; work to insure compliance with all necessary data center certification requirements; including but not limited to SSAE -16, ISO 27001, PCI, LEEDs compliance, Energy Star. Responsible for: SOP and documentation creation, updating, and enforcement- full breadth of best practices; inventory control and management-equipment and consumables; capacity planning and reporting; metric creation, reporting, tuning; SLA creation and management; all technical standards within the facility; and Human Resource Management. Partner with Facilities and Security management and interact with them on a daily basis to insure the efficient running of the facility; interact with and manage the individual business unit deployments ensuring their success; review and implement methods that are key in the efficient use of power and the subsequent reduction in Symantecs carbon foot print.
Employer will accept Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a computer-related occupation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
