For more information, please visit solera.com. The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager. Product Strategy:
Analyze markets to develop digital strategy. Includes (market sizing, competitive analysis, customer value proposition development, etc.). Roadmap development and execution:
Develop product roadmap to effectively deliver strategy. Ensure execution of roadmap through development, product launch, delivered results and tracking. Industry/Product Expert:
Be an expert on the product and market. Provide expertise to sales, customers, executives and others through product demos, documents/videos, presentations etc. What You'll Do Working in close conjunction with Product, Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance, the Manager responsibilities include all tasks associated with product ideation, planning, pricing, development and launch of innovative products. Market Characterization. Conduct market research and facilitate discovery sessions with existing and potential customers to define market opportunities. Identify competitive offerings in the market and assess strengths and weaknesses. Quantify market opportunity and target markets for current and future business. Define program roadmap that supports the business vision and strategy. Define value proposition. Establish pricing based on market assessment. Create business cases for new proposals and product line investments in collaboration with Finance and sales. Identify potential partner relationships for products and services. Present recommendations to improve existing programs. Participate in the go-to-market planning and readiness. Champion our Digital Marketing Programs and act as a point person for Engineering, Operations, Sales, Finance and other key business stakeholders to ensure a successful program delivery. Coordinate with Finance and Operations to ensure that clients receive a high level or service while delivering in a profitable model. Supports the creation of marketing collateral and sales training to ensure the program is understood, presented and positioned in the market. Establish SLA's and baseline performance metrics for all digital programs. Maintain program references and customer testimonials in collaboration with Sales. Work with documentation specialist to document program usage. Work with trainer in defining the training modules. Monitor program success and KPI's. What You'll Bring Solid understanding of the digital and social marketing landscape related to delivering relevant marketing messages 8 - 10 years' service marketing experience or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience. Understanding of the customer experience related to marketing activity across multiple channels and media Understanding of Websites, OEM Service programs, Social Channels Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical skills. Experience conceptualizing and launching marketing solutions in the automotive industry. Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Ability to interact with internal and external customers while maintaining diplomacy. Team player who can collaborate and build consensus at all levels within the organization. Experience building and executing product go-to-market launch plans, partnering with sales, marketing and support for execution. Experience collaborating with global and local teams. Knowledge/experience in the automotive and/or insurance domains. Experience with B2B service models & interactions. BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related technical field Demonstrated ability to:
Assist in driving the development and delivery of solution strategy including end to end designs and business requirements within an agile development framework, reinforcing focus on defensible and quantifiable delivery of business value. Delivering product innovations leveraging customer feedback, deployment experience, competitive positioning, and market thought leadership. Building out strategic and tactical product roadmaps from the ground up with methodical prioritization. Partner with the business to produce revenue plans, product pricing, product positioning. Work closely with users, engineering, support and commercial teams to oversee and participate in user experience testing and product feedback sessions to capture key feedback that feeds product development. Analyze, track, monitor and quantify solutions usage and delivered value. Effectively communicate and present to internal and external audiences. Multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment Work independently with minimal supervision Sit for multiple hours at a time and to work multiple hours a day at a computer keyboard. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
