We're looking for a forward-thinking individual with a background in marketing who can help us create posts, build rapport and connect with customers on numerous social media platforms.
The ideal candidate will be able to quickly and accurately assess strengths and weaknesses of various social media platforms, keenly understand how different audiences will respond to various social media posts, and be able to quantify the effectiveness of the various customer engagement strategies we use on our various social media accounts.
Responsibilities:
Creating engaging daily content for our social media platforms.
Reading, responding to comments, questions, and messages.
Developing, implementing, and optimizing social media strategies.
Collaborate with social media influencers and advertising colleagues that represent the company well.
Interpret social media analytics and create reports to demonstrate progress towards goals.
Create informative, accurate, and compliant content for products and company.
Creating informative surveys to better serve our clients.
Skills Excellent communication, presentation, writing and grammar skills.
Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics Expert knowledge with graphic design, layouts and design, website updates, integrations Must be knowledgeable with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
Experience with product launches and marketing campaigns Must be a self-starter who is a team player with ability to work independently and not afraid to ask questions when necessary.
Must be action and detail oriented.
Minimum Qualifications Associates Degree or equivalent advanced learning through professional level experience required.
Three (3) years of relevant work experience is preffered.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Microsoft Office.
