Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison by representing the service department to other dealerships and outsidevendors.
Organize offsite warranty work and other various vendor work resulting inpurchase orders.
Communicate vehicle status updates to designated department employees daily.
Responsible for directing and managing overall flow of vehicles through reconditioning,process to Bill Luke reconditioning standards Provide decisive direction for the Recon Team after taking into account all relevant information Maintain reconditioning processes, operational controls and managing KPIs Coordinate with all on-site and off-site vendors Maintain a high level of ethical standards and professional appearance Ensure the repair order is accurate and complete by reviewing all copies, including supporting documentation Assist customers in selecting suggestive services in a professional and honest manner.
Generate repair order estimate/quotes for customers Bill Luke is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a drug and alcohol-free workplace.
