There is the possibility that this person could also work half-time for another lawyer in our office suite, giving them essentially a total full-time job if the person chooses to do so.
The ideal candidate should know how to file Federal Court pleadings electronically; should know how to do CJA billing; know how to electronically file in Superior Court; know how to download electronic disclosure; and do OCAC billing (low Priority).
The Fed stuff is more important than the Superior Court stuff as I have very few Superior Court cases, mostly retained.
Finally, the super ideal candidate would know how to use QuickBooks software.
I'm flexible on days and hours.
Starting date would be as soon as possible.
