The RoleAs an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring our customer's success in the implementation and usage of training solutions:
Building the capability of people, in the effective use of Advanced Equipment Simulators and other training solutions Tailoring training processes, so that programs have a high degree of repeatability and predictable outcomes Spending time with customers to understand their needs, and executing changes to training programs to maximize training efficiency and effectiveness Working with data to identify training needs and to evaluate the impact of training Duties and
Responsibilities:
Facilitate customer meetings to create a high degree of project buy-in and sponsorship Coach trainers (train the trainer) in the effective use of advanced equipment simulators - and develop their professional skills Be hands on with our simulator technology to tailor digital scenarios to meet specific customer needs Manage technology implementation projects and timelines Work with data to identify workforce skills gaps primarily in Excel.
Create tables, graphs, Gantt charts, as well as effectively developing and presenting Power Point content based on the analysis.
Ability to travel 50% primarily in the U.
S.
and Canada Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required 3
years of relevant job experience in technology consulting, or learning and development or technology implementation or simulation.
Mining industry experience is a plus Safety focused attitude Communicate project updates clearly and confidently at a management level Work within a cohesive team - inclusive of account management, professional services, and technical support.
Make recommendations and present options for improving the customer training program Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Word, Power BI applications.
