Tucson, AZ Tucson, AZ Full-time Full-time $17 - $19 an hour $17 - $19 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago The Client Support Specialist (CSS) is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each client contact and by ensuring that all client requirements are completely met.
As the Client Support Specialist, you serve as the primary internal representative for our organization.
You must convey to the client a sense of expertise in our products, services and abilities.
In addition, you serve as an external key educator to our community and clients.
The CSS is also responsible for ensuring client requirements are met by sales and logistics teams, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
You and your team are responsible for supporting Pride Group's vision and mission.
Because you will be in contact with current and prospective clients, and you are in a strong position to influence their satisfaction and our company prosperity, this position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism at all times.
This is an in-office position and requires the use of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
The ideal candidate must be able to:
multi-task regularly, answer the phone, and occasionally work nights and weekends.
This position will create and manage client proposals, effectively communicate products and services offered to clients, organize and maintain all documents for billing purposes, ability to effectively communicate with, and work within a team, order and manage sub-rental contracts, attention to detail and accuracy, effectively use the problem-solving process.
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Experience in the Event/Festival industry Knowledge of Rental industry principles and practices Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level Knowledge of basic Geometry Ability to communicate effectively with Clients, Vendors and Associates Stress-tolerance in a fast-paced, noisy office environment If you are looking for a fast paced environment where you are challenged regularly - this is the rewarding experience you are looking for!
