We have an opportunity for a part-time Facilities Maintenance Manager/Service Tech to oversee our property at the University of Arizona.
Duties include performing walk-through inspections and coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
Typical duties require 2-5 hours per week with a flexible work schedule.
If you can perform any cleaning, maintenance, or repairs, additional hours are available weekly.
This is an independent contractor position with a monthly stipend plus occasional hourly work at $40 per hour.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is experienced in real estate or construction that has good experience but doesn't care to do the heavy lifting anymore.
Candidates must be able to communicate well using email and be able to utilize a tablet or smartphone to record information in a property management app.
Preference will be given to candidates completing the skill assessment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
