Human Resources Generalist Pima Federal Credit Union of Tucson, AZ is looking to hire a full-time Human Resources Generalist.

HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST POSITION Our Human Resources Generalist position maintains general daily functions and duties of the Human Resources department and provides support to employees in Human Resources related matters.
They will support the payroll process, the employee onboarding and exiting process, and employee benefits in an accurate and timely manner.
This role will require great attention to detail while serving as the credit union's FMLA and NMLS administrator.
Job duties also include appropriately handling unemployment and worker's compensation claims.
In addition, the Human Resources Generalist will assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Human Resources policies, perform monthly and ad hoc reporting, and ensure completion of the annual salary budget.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field; four years direct HR experience will be accepted in lieu of degree.
Two years direct experience in Human Resources One year experience in Payroll processing.
One year experience in benefits administration.
Intermediate to advanced level experience with computers and software applications including Microsoft Office Suite particularly MS Excel.
Ability to travel to different branch locations and various training or networking events.
PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
