6K - $59K a year Responsibilities Full order cycle oversight for the warehouse for all sales orders and work orders.
Assist in the prioritization and management of international/domestic operations.
Work with Shop floor team members, Leads, Supervisors and Manager on processes and procedures.
Support the order desk to manage a high volume of order preparation and data entry and update daily KPI's.
Provide high quality phone and email communication related to client inquiries, pricing, and ordering processing.
Work with operations team and analysts regarding unplanned demand or future demand to fulfill orders.
Liaises with Customer Service, Engineering, Purchasing, Planning, Operations, and Shipping Work with Inventory control to ensure high accuracy of warehouse inventory.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Previous project management experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills - professional writing/verbal communication style.
Experience with ERPs a plus (Aurora, Oracle).
Experience with powered equipment vehicle a plus.
Planning and Capacity Planning experience a plus.
Experienced with working in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office.
