Assist in effectively directing calls to the appropriate individual and/or department while minimizing hold times.
Schedule appointments and work orders through inbound and outbound calls while also supporting administrative requirements of the Service and Installation Departments.
Required
Qualifications:
High school Diploma or GED 5
years of proven client service experience Previous supervisory/lead experience in a customer service setting Professional phone etiquette Basic Microsoft Office skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task High level of attention to detail, organization, and task follow-thru Prioritize and manage time effectively Display positive energy and attitude Handle difficult situations professionally.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
