KEY PERFORMANCE CRITERIA Provide an exceptional customer service experience to every customer, every time.
Ensure all customer transactions, by phone or in person are accounted for accurately and timely.
Clearly communicate customer status and updates to all involved departments.
Position
Responsibilities:
Answer high volume of service and sales calls using a multi-line switchboard, greet customers, resolve the issue or direct to the appropriate department.
Maintain cleaning/service schedule; create reports as requested, process paperwork as required with main office.
Take payments and answer questions over the phone, document all payments as required.
Follow-up on accounts receivable.
Assist with retail customers as required on an as-needed basis.
Essential Skills:
Professional customer service attitude with a strong customer first attitude with exceptional phone skills.
Ability to multi-task and handle heavy call volume.
Comfortable interacting with customers and service techs with effective communication skills.
Proficient Data entry with MS Office, especially Excel, and ability to quickly learn company specific software.
Work independently while keeping all team members up to date on scheduling, service, or other related issues.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test include testing for marijuana.
