Performs a variety of administrative duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct customers as they arrive with a smile Answer, assess and forward incoming phone calls Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.
g.
pens, forms and brochures) Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Maintain front desk security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock Maintain corporate email directory Data entry Invoice Repair Orders (ROs) as needed.
Obtain technician flag sheets daily and track technician proficiency.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing Other assignments as directed by the Service Manager REQUIREMENTS:
Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.
g.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
