Membership Counselors throughout our health clubs in the Tucson/Marana/Oro Valley area.
Do you enjoy helping others reach their goals? Are you outgoing and love interacting with people in a fun, fast paced environment? We are hiring motivated staff to assess each guest's individual needs for our locations.
This will include servicing our existing members and prospecting new members.
Your day will involve an understanding of KPI reports, training and development of staff, marketing, calls, tours of our facility, and membership sales.
We currently offer a very competitive pay plan with full benefits.
Previous management experience in the fitness industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment, including coffee and food service - Supervise and train assistant managers and team members - Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction - Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards - Manage inventory and order supplies as needed - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability - Conduct interviews and hire qualified staff members - Provide leadership and guidance to the team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Strong knowledge of coffee and food service operations - Excellent team management and leadership skills - Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures - Proficient in cash handling and basic accounting principles - Ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and vendors - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Job Type:
