Come join our team! This role will be responsible for setting service appointments, verifying appointments, providing follow-up calls and informing the appropriate service advisor of upcoming arrivals.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Be the first and last impression of the service department Greet customers as they arrive on the service drive Answer initial questions from the customer Answer phones and set appointments for customers Assist customers with loaner vehicles Check-in & check-out loaner vehicles Park customer vehicles, do shuttles, and test drives Desired Skills, Qualifications, and
Experience:
