Summary:
The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for working with the Warehouse Team to effectively manage materials, tools, and machinery that enter and exit the warehouse.
In addition, this position will work closely with the purchasing manager and other warehouse staff to make sure all material is received, processed, and delivered to the appropriate employee or job site Primary
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor, Purchasing Manager, and CECM field employees to ensure timely material deliveries to job sites and other departments Assist in the continued organization and improvement of the company warehouse Assist with efficient inventory control such as maintaining accurate records as material is received or delivered to job site, participate in physical end of year inventory cycle, making recommendations to Purchasing Manager when identifying areas for efficiency Assist with shipping and receiving operations including material verification with purchase order (PO), checking for damaged goods, routing and preparing materials for delivery to job site, coordination with vendors for appropriate drop-off time and location Assist with cleaning and janitorial duties throughout CECM warehouse Vehicle and building maintenance including, but not limited to minor repairs and other duties as assigned Exemplify, promote and foster our purpose of Committed to Excellence through our Core Values of Customers, Employees, Character and Mastery All other duties as assigned and required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
