This position will work a hybrid model (remote and in office 1 - 2 days per week).
Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of one of our Pulse Point locations in Richmond, VA, Virginia Beach, VA, Tuscan, AZ, Cerritos, CA, Walnut Creek, CA, Wallingford, CT, Washington, DC, Tampa, FL, Chicago, IL , Mendota Heights, MN, Las Vegas, NV, Cincinnati, OH, San Antonio, TX, Sugarland, TX, Lakewood, WA, and Seattle, WA.
The Advanced Analytics Execution Lead will function as an execution leader within an analytics organization.
How you will make an impact:
Provides technical leadership and guidance to team members to accomplish reporting and analytics goals and objectives.
Applies technical knowledge to ensure use of best practices for analytics center of excellence.
Reports project status and progress to business unit senior management.
Collaborates with analytics leader on the project/team resourcing and skills required to meeting business unit goals/blue chips.
Coordinates project management for assigned team.
Communicates with stakeholders and leaders about technical issues in non-technical terms.
Understands the business processes that the system supports.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or related field and a minimum 8 years of experience leading project teams, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Knowledge of analytics technologies/methodologies, organizational structure, and customer information needs strongly preferred.
Prior project leadership or project management experience strongly preferred.

years of data visualization experience with Tableau or Power BI strongly preferred.
Expert level SQL competencies strongly preferred.
Experience designing database environments and making recommendations to optimize performance strongly preferred.
Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
Working experience with SAS or equivalent analytical tools strongly preferred.
Working experience with Teradata, SQL Server, or equivalent data base tools strongly preferred.
Experience leading projects and mentoring junior team members preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, presentation and problem-solving skills preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary range for this specific position is $109,600 to $197,280Locations:
