Salary and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000
depending on experience - Health Insurance

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday (8:
00am 5:
00pm) - Maintain patient records, perform physical exams, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans
- Treat acute and chronic illnesses, conditions and injuries that fall under primary care
Requirements
- Clear and active FNP license in the state of Arizona
- 1 year minimum of primary care experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Willing to see patients all ages
