Our client located in Tucson, AZ is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to work together with engineers to develop quality processes and procedures. You'll be actively engaged in generating and implementing ideas and processes to help with the continuous improvement of various projects, while utilizing and managing all possible resources so that department goals are met and exceeded. ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Lead to establish a safety culture where the goal is to prevent all injuries
Maintain high 5S standards in all areas at all times
Establish rapid response to stop deviating activities, drill down to the root cause and implement permanent corrective actions
Abide by and enforce quality management system requirements
Review and manage
employee
performance
Manage departmental budgets
Additional duties as assigned
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred
7
years of manufacturing experience
2
years of supervisory experience is required
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and have a proven track record applying them
This
position
is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
