Project Superintendent
Underground Utility Superintendent needed now. Must be knowledgeable in all phases of underground utility installation.
Superintendent will be responsible for overall daily project supervision:
Schedule and coordinate project activities with the project owners and field representatives
Daily project coordination and working task planning
Schedule material deliveries
Supervise and schedule manpower and equipment
Quality control and Safety management
Process monthly pay applications
Document change orders
Track daily costs
A minimum of 5 years experience as a superintendent is needed. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
