NOTE:
This is a TERM appointment (not-to-exceed 1 years and 1 day).
Maybe extended up to 4 years.
Term appointments are non-status, nonpermanent appointments of limited duration.

The Electrical Worker position is located in the Maintenance and Operations Section of Facilities Management Service Line (FMSL) Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS), Tucson, AZ.
Duties consist of general electrical work from written work orders and oral instructions that indicate tasks to be performed.
Constructs, installs, repairs and maintains all types of electrical wiring systems and equipment, normal lighting and power distribution systems and panels.
Performs installation and maintenance on both indoor and outdoor fluorescent, incandescent, ultraviolet, mercury vapor, and high pressure sodium lighting circuits and equipment.
Works from building plans, sketches, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings to construct, install, repair, and maintain all types of electrical wire-ways, rigid thin-wall, and PVC conduits wire-old, buss duct, and flexible armor conduit.
Responsible for planning and laying out the routing, placement, and arrangement of circuits, switches, breakers, panel, and all associated equipment and components of an electrical distribution system.
Operates equipment necessary to establish access for wire-ways through masonry, wood, steel and concrete construction.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
