Human Resources Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW
Under general supervision, plans, conducts and supervises assignments. Reviews progress and evaluates results. Plans and assigns personnel for given projects or tasks. Interprets and applies organization policy. Recommends changes in procedures. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Responsible for all HR processes and functions in a unit, usually supervising the work of other HR personnel.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage and administer the day-today HR operations.
Manage and administer recruitment for hourly & salary, union & non-union employees.
Assist employees with insurance eligibility questions &concerns.
Update annual Governmental reports including EEO reports and Affirmative Action.
Act as liaison between Unit and Corporate officials on Labor, EEO and NLRB matters.
Act as principal administrator of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Active participant in all grievances, arbitrations, negotiations and other labor matters.
Maintain an open door relationship with all employees and retirees.
Provides HR support for Mission Complex, works with Corporate Shared Services, Payroll, Benefits and Employee Relations.
Conduct investigations in cases of alleged harassment, discrimination, misconduct and failure to follow safety rules and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to all levels of Employees & Management.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Working knowledge of EEO and AAP Administration, benefits and retirement administration, salary administration, labor relations, recruitment and employment.
Proficient in all Microsoft software applications (excel, power point, word). Reportwriting experience preferred.
Proficiency in HR database management; MIMS knowledge preferred.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Requires at least 7 years of experience.
PHR or SPHR a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
