What we are looking for:
The Maintenance Technician is a member of a team of maintenance professionals that maintain the physical integrity of the apartment community. This involves insuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The technician will diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance and repair to all possible physical components of our apartment community.
What is required!
A Professional who possesses:
High school diploma or GED
One year related experience and/or training
Valid Driver's License, Automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation.
Passion for customer service
EPA Certified for Refrigerant, or willingness to Obtain Certification upon hire
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
The ability to provide skilled repairs and maintenance services
Self-motivated
The ability and initiative to learn new skills
Good communication skills
Work Hours: 40 hours per week. Maintenance Technician Scheduled work hours vary between 7:30 am and 6 pm, 7 days per week based on the property needs. In addition, Maintenance staff rotate 24 on-call including weekends.
Compensation: Based on Experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
