IRRIGATION TECHNICIAN (Tucson)
Santa Rita Landscaping is looking for a Landscape Irrigation Technician to join our Team! In business for over 29 years, Santa Rita Landscaping is recognized as a leader in the landscape industry.
The Irrigation Technician responsibilities will include irrigation service and installation, perform a wide variety of irrigation maintenance functions related to but not limited to inspections, analysis, troubleshooting, repair and installation. Technician must ensure work is performed to the company's and customer's expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Reading diagrams and blueprints to lay out and locate irrigation valves, timers and wiring.
Installing irrigation timers, piping and valves.
Testing completed irrigation systems for proper functioning of valves and timers.
Locating, excavating and repairs or replacement of damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Driver's License with good driving record
Must have prior landscape and irrigation experience including irrigation repair and troubleshooting systems
Knowledge of irrigation system installation, repair and maintenance.
Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
Knowledge of basic preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
Effective oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize job duties and multi-task in a fast paced environment
