orgAs a Facilities Coordinator, you will provide working supervision of preventative maintenance of buildings, vehicles, and grounds as required and assigned by the Facility Manager or designated administrative representative.
Performs complete facility inspection at specified frequencies.
Documents inspection results in the prescribed manner according to the policies and procedures of this facility.
Addresses deficiencies and prioritizes and assigns work orders and assures 100% compliance for safety standards/codes.
