Sales Operations Specialist Zonda Media Tucson, AZ or Remote Full Time Zonda Media is looking for a passionate Sales Operations Specialist to evolve and expand our team.
Zonda has decades of experience analyzing data and trends within the building industry and has a reputation built upon our ability to support the needs of Building Industry Professionals.
As a member of the Zonda Media Team, you'll use your full range of skills to represent one of our many clients in the support of their sales and customer services initiatives for the goods they produce within the ever-growing building industry.
You'll be supported with the necessary tools, and you'll be working with an awesome and like-minded team.

The ideal Sales Operations Specialist will join our team in either our Tucson, Arizona office, or open to US applicants able to support a quiet and reliably connected remote office environment.
As the newest addition to our Zonda Media Group, you'll utilize customer service, project management and sales skills in support of an exciting new pilot program.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing leads to our sales teams, asking questions that enhance lead profiles, completing quote requests, and servicing customer issues in a courteous and diligent manner.
You'll also have the opportunity to reach out to prospective customers and facilitate distribution of varied marketing and sales collateral.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with an ability to multitask and learn new systems and processes on the fly, are key elements of success in this role.
Responsibilities:

Review Inbound Sales leads and make Welcome Calls
Place outbound calls to Building Industry Professionals who respond to Marketing Campaigns
Manage leads through different fulfillment paths, maintaining communication with customers throughout the lead cycle.

Qualify leads for ISR through a series of questions (DQS System)
Place outbound calls to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) with goal of converting to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL)
This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new pilot program initiative that has rapid growth potential to further support inbound customer service needs through Phone, Email and Live Chat, and expand upon company sales initiatives.
Requirements:
Experience:

Have 3-5 years of tele-sales / customer service experience in a team setting
Have experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce Skills:

Be tech savvy and passionate about selling
Be proficient using Microsoft Office suite
Exhibit patience and understanding with a customer focused mindset
Be a great communicator, both verbal and written
Be passionate about being a part of an exciting new opportunity to foster and grow business relationships Education:
