I am relocating to Tucson, AZ.  Looking for job in the clerical field and/or switchboard operator.  I have vast experience in both.

PBX Operator/Nurse Call Center Operator

  • Answer incoming calls; transfer calls to patient’s rooms, nurse stations, admin, Dr’s offices and other departments in the hospital.

  • Answer pages from patient’s room, then send requests to patient’s RN/CNA pager.

  • Page Dr’s for nurses, patients outside of the hospital, and other doctors.

  • Notify nurses station of overdue pages.

  • Announce codes (C stats, fire alarm, and visiting hours)

Administrative Assistant/ Assistant to Human Resources/ Office Clerk

  • Responsible for creating and updating numerous spreadsheets regarding daily production statistics, logistics for general manager, operations manager, merchandise planner, and area managers.

  • Submitting and printing daily reports from AS400 for managers. Responsible for checking and making necessary adjustments to daily weekly and hourly associates’ payroll data for 75 associates; separate and distribute weekly payroll.

  • Responsible for ordering and tracking all supplies for distribution center.

  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events.

Ability to print reports from large Printronix printers. Operation of telecommunication equipment (i.e., phones, switchboard, two-way radio, and Nurse Call System).
