The Pool was renovated not long ago and is well-maintained. The property has a detached, very secure 2 car garage with a remote control door lifter, and off-street parking for about 8 cars. The property is also fenced and great for pets. Landlord supplies water/sewer/trash. The landlord also pays for weekly pool service (twice weekly during summer months), and landscaping twice per month. All Very Cool House rentals are professionally owned and maintained. I love this house because it feels great. It's yard is safe and secure, and offers a great degree of privacy.
