Hello! Do you need a room for rent? Look no further I have a fully renovated/refurbished home with new appliances/furniture AND A NEW AC UNIT. The room is average size (estimation 12ft x 12ft, not including closet size). The room also has new carpet with added extra cleaning for that comfy at home feeling. The home has a pest control company that comes over on a quarterly of the year basis so that you don't have to worry about any bed bugs or other pesky critters. Currently 2 males, including myself, are moving into the home. We are very chill and focused on our own goals but are very welcoming. I am looking for someone who can commit to at least 4-6 months of stay at this location. At the moment utilities will be shared among the people in the home (Electricity, Gas, Internet, Water). With this great home I take pride into, there is some responsibility we ask for in return. Here are the main rules of the house. -Please clean up after yourself and take care of your living quarters like its your own home -No smoking/vaping -Reliable job/income -No pets -No shoes in the house -No EXCESSIVE drinking -No parties, but a get together with some friends is fine There are a few fast food restaurants that are relatively close, but most of the major ones are in the city. It will give you an excuse to plan out nice lunch or dinners once in awhile on your weekends and eat more at home, which can save you money. One of my favorites is Rajin Ramen. Tucson has a variety of attractions. The city has a combination of outdoors and city life. There are many biking/hiking trails, historical monuments and buildings and other fun outdoor activities. If you're into the city life, there are fun shopping malls and unique architectural buildings the city offers, and downtown has a great atmosphere of bars and dance clubs you can go to when you're trying to unwind during the weekend. There are other small perks when renting in this home, but for those I will save for official move in. With these things in mind I hope you consider on staying here.
